Principle of operation

The drying process of closed-loop flash drying system is similar to that of open flash drying system. Because the materials to be treated contain organic solvents such as methanol, ethanol, toluene, DMF, etc., the system adopts the process of drying tail gas to bring out moisture, then condensing, emptying a small part, and recycling most of it to the air inlet for heating, and then drying.

Compared with the open flash drying system, the closed-loop flash drying system has the following remarkable characteristics:

◎ The solvent can be recovered, which has good economic benefits and conforms to the green circular economy.

◎ The tail gas is condensed and then discharged, so the environmental protection pressure of tail gas treatment is low.

◎ The whole system needs to be explosion-proof.

Widely used in the drying of easily oxidized materials, such as mud, paste, block, powder and granular materials containing organic solvents.
